Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $6 will be applied.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be processed before shipment. You will receive an email notification confirming the order and another one when your order has been shipped, complete with tracking information.

Shipping Fees and Taxes

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are already included in the shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take responsibility for lost or damaged items during shipping, provided that it is not due to any fault of the customer (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect in time). If the package has been signed for or damaged due to customer negligence, it will not be covered under our policy.

Special Note: If the item is lost in transit and the carrier confirms it, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the carrier claims to have delivered the item but you did not receive it, we will conduct an internal investigation. Based on the results, a replacement or refund will be issued.
